The training plan will be created for you and your goals. Based on what equipment you have and if you have any preferences.
Weekly check-in will keep you accountable and motivated. While I constantly have access to overview all of your daily actions from sleep tracked to food intake.

While I recommend having a gym membership or some equipment at home. Workouts can be completed at home with just bodyweight training.
