It is very important that you enjoy training and have fun while working hard. Some sessions might be harder than others, but remember your goal is our priority.
It's not just about how you look on the outside, moving healthy and pain-free is very important. That is why we spend a good portion of training building a solid foundation to help stay injury-free.
You have a goal and we have the tools and systems to get there. Training is always tailored towards that.
You can't get from A to B without a plan. We are always checking and reassessing the plan weekly with small changes to things like activity, measurements or food.
